Senate Confirms Frank Fannon to be Assistant Secretary of State (Energy Resources)

COEFFICIENT’s Frank Fannon has been confirmed by the United States Senate as Assistant Secretary of State (Energy Resources).

Frank came to COEFFICIENT from BHP Billiton and used his extensive knowledge of energy policy and operations to help launch the firm’s corporate facing Environmental, Social and Governance consulting practice.

Managing Partner, Tom Lawler, said, “Frank is well suited for this role and we congratulate him on making it through the nomination process with unanimous support of the United States Senate.  We wish him well as he returns to government service.”
