Senate Confirms Frank Fannon to be Assistant Secretary of State (Energy Resources)
COEFFICIENT’s Frank Fannon has been confirmed by the United States Senate as Assistant Secretary of State (Energy Resources).
Frank came to COEFFICIENT from BHP Billiton and used his extensive knowledge of energy policy and operations to help launch the firm’s corporate facing Environmental, Social and Governance consulting practice.
