GRACE GROOVER
Grace Groover is a Senior Manager at CO2EFFICIENT, where she plays a key role in designing and implementing strategic processes that help teams and coalitions achieve their goals. A strategic thinker and problem-solver, she specializes in coordination, analysis, and process improvement, seamlessly bridging high-level strategy with tactical execution. Known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, Grace builds effective relationships with clients at all levels, from staff to C-suite executives.
Before joining CO2EFFICIENT, Grace served as a Senior Management Consultant at M2 Strategy Consulting, supporting a strategic, agency-wide board within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). She provided strategic secretariat support to teams focused on Climate and Oceans & Coasts, including annual planning and project management as they worked to advance climate science, integrative solutions, and industry resilience. She also helped coordinate the nationwide Climate, Ecosystems, and Fisheries Initiative (CEFI), including a hybrid summit with over 175 participants, bringing together oceanographers, modelers, decision support teams, and fisheries management leaders as they worked to build a climate-informed, integrated approach to ocean science and fisheries management.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
