Zachary Moss is a policy fellow at CO2EFFICIENT, where he focuses on the intersection of energy policy and markets in the United States, including national and state efforts to address growing energy demand and ways that policy can spearhead effective change. 

By researching state trends and creating educational materials, Zachary is working to bring more attention to important energy topics that policymakers can leverage and collaborate on. 

Zachary has worked on grassroots campaign efforts in Virginia, as an investigative journalist intern covering local Burlington issues, and as a federal contracting intern assisting in onboarding clients. 

Zachary Moss is a senior at the University of Vermont pursuing a bachelor's degree in political science, statistics, and history.
